【Summary】
I often askstudents taking part invocational guidancefollowing questions.
"What makes you itch?" " What sort of a situation would you like?"" What would you like to do if money were no object?" " How would you really enjoy spending your life?"The crowd of students say that we would like to be painters, we'd like to be poets, we'd like to be writers.Another person says I'd like to live an out-of-doors life and ride horses.I said you wanted to teach in a riding school. What do you want to do? I will say to him, you do what you really want to do, forgetting money.If you say getting the money is the most important thing, you will spend your life completely wasting your time. You will be doing things you don't like doing in order to live, which is stupid. You may as well have a short life that is full of thingsyou'd like doing than a long life in a miserable way.
If you do really like what you are doing, you could be a professional in the way that you chose.You will have to strive with it. There are the same people ,who are interested in something you are interested in. It's stupid to spend your time doing things you don't like doing, then to teach our children to track in the same way. You could spend your time doing things you really want to do. We are bringing up children and educating to live the same sort of lives.It's nota goodthing that we are living in order to justify ourselves and find satisfaction in life by bringing up our children to do the same thing. Therefore, it's important to consider this question, "What do I desire ?"
